Chemical elements:C: 0.52-0.65; Si: 0.15-0.37; Mn: 0.6-1.2; S & P: 0.04Max; Cr: 0.25Max.

2.Forged steel balls (75MNCR)
Size: 25mm-180mm
Hardness:HRC58-65
Chemical elements:

C:0.75-0.85; Si:0.17-0.35; Mn:0.7-0.9; Cr:0.4-0.6; Al:0.01-0.06; S/P 0.03max; Cu 0.2max; Ni 0.2max

 

3.High chrome cast balls
Size: 17mm-150mm
Hardness:HRC58-65; Chrome content:11-27%

4.Low chrome cast balls
Size: 17mm-150mm
Hardness:HRC45-55; Chrome content:1-3.5% 

1. Medium chrome cast grinding balls

Hardness:HRC50-60; Chrome content:5-8%
